Q. Where can I purchase the ticket?

• Regular ticket sales will start on June 15 (sun.). Telephone information of each play guide will be posted on the website. Advanced pre-order tickets will be planned as well, please check our website as well.

Q. Is there an order to enter the venue?

• A color is written on the ticket, order of entrance will be according to its color. We will post on the order of color on the website.

Q. Would it make a difference in the order of entrance with pre-order ticket and regular ticket?

• Advanced pre-order ticket is to purchase a ticket in advance and has no relation in the order of entrance. The order will be directed in fair manner.

Q. Will a timetable be posted prior to the event?

• A timetable will not be released until the day of the event.

Q. What are the types of the tickets?

• 1-day ticket for both days: July 20th and July 21st is available only. 2-day ticket will not be sold. Guests coming on both days, please purchase tickets for each day. To enter the venue for: 20th and 21st, you need to purchase 2 separate tickets for each day.
• Once you enter the venue you can walk through the arena standing area/stand seat area.

Q. Do you have to exchange the ticket with a wristband?

• Tickets will not be exchanged with wristbands this time.
  You’ll be able to enter the venue with the ticket.

Q. Will a guide map of the venue be released prior to the event?

• We plan to release it on “ACCESS/AREA MAP” page on the website.

Q. Will it be possible to make a re-entry?

• Once you’ve entered the venue, re-entry is not acceptable.

Q. If you lose the ticket before the event or if you forget the ticket on the day of the event, would I still be able to enter the venue?

• Tickets will not be re-issued for any reason. Guests will not be able to enter the venue without tickets. Please be careful not to forget on the day of the event.

Q. When will the merchandise be available?

• Advanced merchandise sales are planned and will post the dates on the website as soon as they’re ready.
