Q. Where can I purchase the ticket?

  • Advanced reservation is scheduled ahead of the general sale date.
    Update of the advanced reservation information is available here on this website.
  • Regular ticket sales will start on June 7 (sun.). Telephone information of each play guide will be posted on the website. Advanced pre-order tickets will be planned as well, please check our website as well.

Q. What are the types of the tickets?

  • 1-day ticket for both days: July 19th and July 20th is available only. 2-day ticket will not be sold. Guests coming on both days, please purchase tickets for each day. To enter the venue for: 19th and 20th, you need to purchase 2 separate tickets for each day.

Q. Is there an order to enter the venue?

  • A color is written on the ticket, order of entrance will be according to its color. We will post on the order of color on the website.
  • Once you enter the venue you can walk through the arena standing area/stand seat area.

Q. Will a timetable be posted prior to the event?

  • A timetable will not be released until the day of the event.
  • Timetable will be distributed on the actual day of the event at the entrance.

Q. Will a guide map of the venue be released prior to the event?

  • We plan to release it on “ACCESS/AREA MAP” page on the website.
  • Also, area map will be distributed at the entrance on day of the event.

Q. Regards Cloak Service

  • Do not leave any bags unattended, we will not cover for any lost items.
    Cloak will be available in the venue. (¥500yen per use)
  • Cloak will be available, but please understand if it may close due to space availability.

Q. Food and Beverages

  • You'll find an area for food and drinks in the festival site. Bringing in of food and/or drinks from outside the venue is prohibited.
    Neither food nor beverages except water is permitted in the arena standing area and stand seat. Eating and drinking must be in the food court only.

Q. Will it be possible to make a re-entry?

  • Please smoke at a designated area.

Q. What time will the festival end?

  • The festival is scheduled to end at 21:30.
    However, due to the nature of the event, there is a possibility that it may end a little earlier or later. Please check for the time of the last train beforehand.

Q. After entering the venue, will I be able to go outside the venue? Will I be able to re-enter?

  • After entering the venue, if you step outside the Yokohama Arena, you will not be able to re-enter.

Q. Any dress code?

  • Although NANO-MUGEN FES. is an indoor event depending on the temperature of the actual day and performance condition, sensible temperature may vary.
    Please be sure to wear something comfortable like t-shirt and jeans or
    something which keeps your body dry, we also recommend you to bring a towel.
    Also be sure to wear comfortable footwear since your feet may get tired or
    sore from standing all day, we do not recommend heels.

Q. If you lose the ticket before the event or if you forget the ticket on the day of the event, would I still be able to enter the venue?

  • Tickets will not be re-issued for any reason. Guests will not be able to enter the venue without tickets. Please be careful not to forget on the day of the event.
