Please note the following prior to NANO MUGEN FES.2009.

ENTRANCE AND VENUE INFORMATION

• Performance order of the artists will be posted on the actual day of the event.
• 1-day ticket will only be available. Entrance of venue is only valid for the date printed on the ticket.
• If you wish to visit both days, please purchase tickets for each day.
• Tickets will not be exchanged with wrist bands. You’ll be able to enter the site with the ticket.
• Instead of a reference number, "reference color" will be printed on the ticket. The color for the entry order will be announced via web page later on. You may enter the site when your color is called on the day of the festival.
  Color order of entrance will be updated on the website.
• Advanced pre-order ticket has no relation to the order of entrance.
• Once you enter the site, you’ll have access to Arena Standing Area/Stand Seat Area.
• For safety reasons, the area will be partitioned in blocks.
• Further block information will be announced on the "AREA MAP" of the website.
• You may go to any block but admission may be restricted at each block due to over capacity. Please understand and cooperate if the festival organizer allocates visitors.
• Please move to another block in such case.
• Do not reserve any block, especially the one nearest to the stage.
• Please do not view from the aisle of arena standing area, always stay inside the block to view the performance.
• No mosh, dive or any other activities that might risk other people's safety.
• Once you leave the festival site, you cannot re-enter the site.
• This festival is not an all-night event.
• Filming and photo shooting within the venue is scheduled during the event, including the seat and stage area. Please acknowledge beforehand that the material may be released to the public.

Physical Condition

• Please look after your health condition by drinking water and taking rests in between since the festival will take place over a long period of time.
  Please inform the staff near you in case of illness or injury.
• Please be sure to wear comfortable footwear. Platform shoes or heels may cause injuries.
• The festival will not be responsible for any injuries at own fault.
• The organizer is not held responsible for any injury of the customer at own fault. If injured from a prohibited dangerous act such as dive or mosh, first aid emergency measure will be taken; but thereafter, will not be held responsible. Moreover, if a third party is involved and injuries occur from such acts, it's the responsibility of the involved parties. The organizers will under no circumstances intervene or take part in troubleshooting between parties.

Merchandise Information

• Pre-sale information of the official and artist merchandise will be posted on the website.
• We refuse exchanges or returns of artist merchandise sold in the venue except for defectives. Please confirm the merchandise when handed at that point.

Other Prohibitions

• Tickets cannot be refunded due to artist cancellation.
• The Festival office may change rules to assure smooth operation. We will update information on the website. Please check and cooperate for any changes made. We appreciate your understanding.
• No refunds of the ticket or transportation fee, etc. will be issued due to cancellation in the middle of the festival.
• Visual and sound recordings with cameras, tape recorders or any other recording devices of such are strictly prohibited. All recorded data will be deleted, if found.
• Any hazardous objects, explosives, and illegal substances are not allowed into the festival site.
• Please refrain from any behavior that can cause annoyance to others inside and outside the festival site. For those not following instructions will be asked to leave the venue under compulsion. In such case, there is no refund for the ticket, and/or transportation etc.
• We do not allow saving seats with bags at Stand seat area. Sponsors, venue, or artists are not responsible for any lost items.
• Sponsors, venue, or artists are not responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. occurred inside or outside the venue.

Regards Cloak Service

• Do not leave any bags unattended, we will not cover for any lost items.
  Cloak will be available in the venue. (¥500yen per use)
• Cloak will be available, but please understand if service may close due to space availability.

• There is no customer parking in the site. Please refrain from parking illegally in the vicinity. We advice you to use public transportation.
• Overnight camping in the vicinity of the venues is strictly prohibited. Also, please respect the communities in the vicinity of the venue.
• Scheduled ending time is 21:30. Depending on how the event proceeds, please understand if time may shorten or extend.
• We suggest that you check the time for the last train etc. beforehand.

Food and Beverages

• You'll find an area for food and drinks in the festival site. Bringing in of food and/or drinks from outside the venue is prohibited.
• Neither food nor beverages except water is permitted in the arena standing area and stand seat. All other beverages including juices, alcoholic beverages, and food are prohibited. Eating and drinking must be in the food court or lobby.
• Drinking alcohol or smoking by minors is strictly prohibited. We may ask for I.D. when alcohol is sold.
• Please smoke at a designated area.

OTHERS

• Please dispose trash according to its category.
• Bringing of bottles, cans, or any other articles prohibited by law are not allowed in the venue.
• Leisure mats and/or any other items which would cause trouble to other guests are prohibited.
• Children over 3 must possess their own tickets. We kindly ask that you take responsibility for your own actions. Day/Night care center, baby beds, will not be available in the festival site.
• Baby stroller is not allowed on the site.
• Children are prohited in the front block of the stage for safety reasons.
• For disabled guests, please notify the service station below prior to the festival.

illegal resale

• Private sales or transferring of tickets is strictly prohibited. Individuals found entering the event unlawfully will be taken into police custody for whatever the reasons. Re-sold tickets become invalid, entrance will be declined and compensation for such actions will be charged. Recently, buying and selling in a ticket tout or via internet auction have become a great problem. Artists have been appealing to prohibit such unlawful acts.
  We recommend you to purchase tickets through our official website: advanced pre-order tickets, or at one of the official play guides: Ticket Pia, Lawson Ticket, or e-plus, to avoid any trouble.
  After all, NANO-MUGEN FES.2009 is where performers, staff, and audience all come together to enjoy the time and place.
