Inspired by bands such as Jellyfish and Fountains of Wayne, FARRAH was formed in 1998. Gained popularity with the two singles they released after their appearance at the Glastonbury Festival 2000. The first album “Moustache” released in 2002 became a hit and won great reviews from many music magazines such as Q Magazine, MOJO, NME making them a break into European market. With the release of their second album, “Me Too” they gained solid popularity in Japan. Their first visit to Japan was with a Swedish pop band MONASTIR. In 2005, they wrote songs for a Japanese artist JUDY AND MARY, participated in ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION’s NANO-MUGEN FES 2005, and co-produced with Kaela Kimura. They are scheduled to release their fourth album “Farrah” in July
