Shugo Tokumaru`s debut album “Night Piece” (`04) and his second album “L..S.T.” were both released overseas and is now the most talked-about, young Japanese artist in the world. This Tokyo-born, pop maestro manipulates over 100 kinds of instruments and non-instruments, recording and engineering his works all by himself. The style he performs varies from time to time, in solo, trio, quartet but his 8-men band “Shugo Tokumaru & The Magic Band” consists of many respected artists from different bands. His thoroughly planned but free-style third album “Exit” was released in advance in Japan. It is scheduled for release in the U.S. in September of 2008 followed by releases in Europe and Korea.
